I am on the hunt for the perfect house in Baton Rouge. But it hasn't been an easy process. My fiance and I have been searching for six months now (much to the dismay of our realtor), but thanks to Hurricane Katrina, prices here are sky high. Sellers expect top dollar for a house that hasn't been updated in three decades-- and the worst part is there are buyers out there who take the bait!
My plan is to use this blog to vent my frustration with the housing market... and share pictures you have to see to believe. Enjoy!
