Goodbye, Hello

We parted ways with our first realtor. His lack of experience was hampering our search, and we didn't feel like he had our best interests at heart. So now-- we're on realtor #2 in our search. She is infinitely better, although a little bizarre at times. B likes to call her "Club Skittles." She has talent and experience... but can be socially awkward. We trust her, though, so I suppose that's all that matters!
